1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We charge actual freight costs to get the goods to us from a 3rd party and where possible, we subsidy or split freight costs for our customers. Once orders are complete, we are happy to deliver within Hamilton for FREE or can make arrangements for you to collect. If you choose the freight option when ordering from our website, the cost will be added at the time of ordering.
Freight times will vary depending on where the order is going and also if the courier company is experiences delays due to COVID restrictions and staff absentees.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse with some orders containing 3rd party stock will be drop shipped directly from our suppliers. This could vary with circumstances such as, payment authorisation, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Courier – NZ wide approximately 2-5 working days to reach you from the time of order (depending on the region you reside in).
Local Drop Off – is available for customers based in the Waikato area.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
